We were in Honolulu for work and needed a place for two people conveniently located downtown. It is located off a busy road and there is construction next door M-F. The unit is a little worn, but comfortable. It was an easy walk to the beach and shopping.

Beautiful apartment on one of Honolulu's main shopping streets. The balcony is ideal for enjoying the view while having your coffee in the morning or a drink in the evening. Walking distance to Waikiki beach and reserved parking inside the building.
There is a very good sushi restaurant right next to the lobby and a food-truck center across the road with lots of choices.
One minor drawback is the kitchen if you plan to cook in the apartment. There are sufficient utensils, crockery and flatware but you will need to buy everything including coffee, tea, spices, and cooking oil, besides the food itself.

Condo could use a deep cleaning. Condo and furnishings are very tired looking and could use an updating. 5 star cost but condo does not reflect this.
