In the Heart of Downtown Historic Hot Springs

This place is beautiful with all the comforts of home. It’s close to restaurants and shopping and the best part is that you can walk to them all. The host is wonderful. Definitely recommend staying here!

Fantastic apartment right in the heart of town, can walk to the nearest hot water fountain in a couple minutes, right on Bathhouse Row.Kitchen was great, bed was comfortable, and we loved having the laundry (it's in the bathroom, the pictures don't show it, but it's there). The free parking a block away was nice as it would otherwise be 20 a day. Don't worry about rolling luggage across the street, it's close enough that you won't care.There's only one downside and it's no fault of the owner - the noise level is ridiculous on weekend nights. You can hear all the people, the motorcycles, everything. It was better during the week. So while I rate this place 5 stars, just be aware that your Friday and Saturday nights might require earplugs. This is probably true for all lodging in the area though.If I went back I would not hesitate to book this again.

Great location. Parking lot is about a block away and was nonissue for us. There was a lot of street noise, which was due to nearby construction and St. Patrick’s day.

Loved the location! But had not been made aware when booking that a street festival takes place every Thursday, complete with live band and loudspeakers right below the loft; pretty loud cleanup until about midnight after band quit at 10pm.Also the festival closed off the only access for unloading luggage! This had to be done on another street and luggage pushed quite a way. The loft was well decorated but no shades in windows in living area left blinding morning sun coming in the eastern side. It was a bit intimidating with no shades at night even tho we were on 4th floor. More privacy would be nice. Otherwise, great loft apartment! Daron, our host, was wonderful! Hot Springs needs to address the festival cutting off the only way to unload one’s car and perhaps move it to a park not outside a hotel room. We love Hot Springs and we will return.
