***LGBTQ+ friendly home. 17yr old House Cat lives here*** Welcome to Miss Fancy. This victorian home was built in the late 1800's and has been everything from a spa to a brothel to a BnB. This home is currently used part time as a photo studio for Madison Hurley Photography!
The cottage is located right off Historic Bathhouse Row on Central Avenue in downtown Hot Springs and is walking distance from many restaurants and shopping spots. No children allowed due to house cat, breakables, and vintage furniture.

Loved our stay at such an interesting house, full of personality. The house cat Leo was so cute and well-behaved, we miss him already.

Our stay at Miss Fancy was exactly what we needed. The home has an awesome Pin up Girl theme that gave us a feeling of “girl power”. There are well cared for plants in each room, including the giant bathtub upstairs. Miss Leo the house cat was the cherry on top. We didn’t have to drive at all since the house is walking distance to everything we needed. We had delicious cocktails at The Ohio Club, Rooftop Bar, & The Vault. The tamale bites at Diablo are a must have! We took the time to learn all sorts of local history and finished our tip with a massage at Quapaw Bathhouse. Thank you for sharing your sweet home with us.

The house is lovely. It is walking distance to bath house row, shops and excellent restaurants. Leo is a sweetie. He slept on my stomach twice and took a nap with my Granddaughter. The host was very helpful and answered texts immediately. We look forward to coming back.

Maybe the best place I have ever stayed. The home is cozy, welcoming, expertly styled, and feels like a different time while still having modern conveniences (like good AC!). Leo the kitty is the best - she’s so sweet! I have been raving about this place to everyone and can’t wait to visit again.
