About this house rental

Located 800 m from La Sauzaie beach and facing the sea, this spacious villa (175 m², sleeps 8) features a private heated pool (open from June to September). It is divided into two sections with an internal connection.
SECTION 1: Living room (sofas, coffee table) with sea view, dining room opening onto the rear terrace/pool (table, chairs, sideboard), and fully equipped kitchen (induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, extractor hood, refrigerator with freezer compartment).
Upstairs: Mezzanine opening onto the living room with a seating area (sofa, flat-screen TV). Balcony with sea view.
On the ground floor, a hallway leads to two bedrooms, a separate toilet, and a bathroom (sink unit + shower).
Bedroom 1: Two single beds (90 cm) + a chest of drawers.
Bedroom 2: One double bed (140 cm) + closet. This bedroom provides access to the rear terrace/pool.
Wi-Fi access. SECTION 2: Living room (sofa, coffee table, TV), dining room opening onto the rear terrace/pool area (table, chairs, sideboard), and fully equipped kitchen (range hood, induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment).
Upstairs: Mezzanine opening onto the living room with a reading nook (sofa, coffee table), and a balcony with sea view.
From the reading nook, a hallway leads to two bedrooms, a separate toilet, and a bathroom (sink unit + shower).
Bedroom 3: One double bed (140cm) + closet + balcony with sea view.
Bedroom 4: Two single beds (90cm) + closet.
Tiled terrace with garden furniture (tables, chairs, barbecue), a bioclimatic pergola, and a landscaped garden area with deckchairs and a 6.5m x 3.20m heated swimming pool (safety fence).

Garage used as a bicycle storage room with a washing machine, dryer, and freezer. Parking for several cars is possible on the fully enclosed grounds.

We had a great holiday at this villa. It had a usual layout but lovely and spacious and in great condition. Close to beaches and a shop and an easy walk to the town. Beautiful sunsets from the balcony. The only downside is that bed linens and towels aren’t included and the final cleaning bill is expensive on top of an already pricey hire. But the beds were all really comfortable which is unusual in a rental villa.

A large property, we only used half of the house. Liked the pool and a great location for cycle paths, access to town and sunsets
