The Space: This is a modern, custom-designed balinese concept Jim Schmidt home is located in the Hawaii Kai at the base of spectacular Kamehame ridge. You will have the entire house Nearly 4000 square feet, all custom hardwood flooring for your use except for our yoga studio and garage; 5 Bedroom, 3 bathroom & multiple spacious living areas. We provide a full expansive kitchen with pantry, dining island, laundry room & parking for up to 3 vehicles. 2 Huge in suite master bedrooms , and . 3 additional guest bedrooms. All bedrooms have queen beds with LED TVs, with smart TV capability, Tempur-Pedic mattresses, bamboo sheets, ample clothing, storage and closet space. All toilets are Japanese intelligent washlet toilets. Utilize your home as your virtual office space as each bedroom is thought out carefully to allow working or studying from home, with modern deskspace with LED lamps and high speed internet Wifi.
3 Separate dining room and loft, 20 foot high ceilings and extensive high tinted windows with beautiful natural lighting and cool mountain and ocean breezes flow through the home.
Have 2 beautiful custom japanese Zen gardens with stone fountains and landscaping to enjoy. Utilize the home solar shades if you want more privacy. Gallery quality hawaiian and local artwork and décor and furnishings throughout the home with elegant Indochina wood and furnishings. Spend the day in the sun on the huge 1500 sq foot private custom lanai deck covered with soft artificial grass, watching the beautiful sunset on the backdrop of the mountains, and listening to the sounds of the Zen garden fountain. Enjoy outdoor dining on the deck under the beautiful gazebo and tiki bar, with bbq grill and gorgeous mountain views. The place far exceeded our expectations and the pictures posted. The location is great allowing you to get to all the tourist spots in the southern part of Oahu within minutes. Dr U and his associates took very special care to ensure every little need of ours was taken care of! It was ideal for group of 8 as it offered ample spaces both inside and out. Our 3 and a half week stay was seamless from start to finish, I would highly recommend this place to anyone planning to travel and explore Oahu!
