Our beautiful villa is located 15 minutes from the Disney in an area with both residential and holiday homes.
There are no rear neighbours as villa backs onto a lake and wooded conservation area, very tranquil setting with just the birds for company daily walk past of two sandhill cranes who are very nosey.
The villa comprises of 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms 2 of which are en- suite.
Modern furnishings throughout with tiled open plan lounge area leading directly on to your own pool area and carpeted bedrooms.
New fridge, new microwave, new countertops, new dishwasher, new bathrooms, new showers, new filter on kitchen tap so drinkable water, new washing machine, new dryer
Fully equipped Kitchen with dishwasher and waste disposal unit.
Bedroom 1 : King size bed with double en-suite bathroom
Bedroom 2 : Queen size bed with en-suite bathroom
Bedroom 3: Double bed
Bedroom 4 : 2 Single beds
Bedroom 5 : 2 Sets of childrens bunk beds (4 beds)
There is also a cot and high chair for your little ones' use.
Another bathroom with shower and bath in.
Fee wi-fi and free local telephone calls.
DVD player and selection of DVD's
Washing Machine and dryer in the garage.
All bedding towels and hairdryers supplied for your stay.
Garage has been converted into a games room consisting of a 7ft Professional pool table and foosball table for your nights in.
Pets up to 10lbs accepted with an additional fee/deposit

Located 40 Minutes from Orlando International Airport and 50 minutes from Sanford International Airport.

This property is self-service--meaning the guest will need to provide their own toiletries such as cleaning supplies, paper towels, soap, shampoo/conditioner, toilet paper, detergent, etc. Upon arrival, each property shall have a toilet roll on each toilet roll holder, a trash bag in each trash can and a soap in each bathroom for your use. Any further items beyond this will need to be purchased by guests as per their individual needs.
You are welcome to purchase a Starter Kit from our office with some of these supplies if you wish.

Property was pretty much as advertised. Minor issues and It could have been cleaned better. The children enjoyed the pool. Nice location, wasn’t too far from the major attractions (Disney, Seaworld etc.) I would recommend and plan to rent again.
