About this apartment rental
T1 Apartment for holidays on the 1st Line of Praia da Rocha with sea and beach view, fully furnished and equipped. Located in a condominium with 2 swimming pools and only 40 m from the beach.
Property composed of: entrance hall with wardrobe, bedroom with double bed and air conditioning (cold and hot), living room with double sofa bed and fully equipped kitchenette.

NOTE: Only 4 people are allowed (including adults, children, and babies).
- A deposit of EUR 400 is required upon arrival. The deposit will be charged as a credit card payment, Revolut or advance bank transfer. The deposit refund will be made up to 3 days after check-out, after a full inspection and cleaning of the accommodation.
TOURIST TAX OF PORTIMÃO:
According to municipal legislation applicable from 14 March 2024 to all bookings, guests must pay in cash at check-in:
- In high season (01/04 to 31/10) 2€ per person, per night.
- In low season (1/11 to 31/03) 1€ per person, per night.
Note:
- The rate is limited to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights per stay, being charged only to guests aged 13 years or older.
- Water, electricity, and gas consumption expenses (if applicable) are included within the parameters of a conscious use. Meter readings are taken at entry and exit to determine consumption for the reservation period in question (whenever different from 30 days, the corresponding calculation is made).
Any consumption that exceeds the included value will have this excess to be settled by guests to NURIS2U on the day before departure, in cash.
Included values of electricity and water, in each 30-day reservation according to the accommodation type:
T1: Electricity - 130 kWhs and Water - 6 m3.
If the excess is not settled, the company reserves the right to deduct from the deposit value.
PAYMENT: Payment must be made with the details of a physical credit card (not virtual), and it is necessary to confirm the transaction in your bank's application. Virtual cards (MBWay, Apple Pay or others) are not accepted.

Beaches, restaurant, pubs right outside your door. The bed was comfortable. Free parking outside apartment.
The floor was always cold. This could be due to the unusual cold weather. The rugs in the kitchen, bedrooms and toilet are easy to slip on because they more around when walking. Need rugs with a non-slip backing. The light switch outside apartment door don't work. This makes it pitch dark when leaving apartment in evenings until you reach light in hallway by elevator.

We had a very nice week in Portimao. The unit was exactly as the photos show. Check in process was very good.
