About this apartment rental
1-Bedroom Apartment for holidays on the 1st Line of Praia da Rocha beach with sea and beach views, fully furnished and equipped. Located in a condominium with 2 swimming pools and only 40 m from the beach sand.
Property composed of: entrance hall, bedroom with double bed and built-in wardrobe and air conditioning (cold and hot), living room with double sofa bed and fully equipped kitchenette.

You have a parking space (15) in the Building's garage.
NOTE: Only 4 people are allowed (including adults, children and babies).
It is PROHIBITED for any type of external service providers to enter the local accommodation.
- A deposit of EUR 400 is required at the time of arrival. The deposit will be charged as a credit card payment, Revolut or advance bank transfer. The deposit refund will be made within 3 days after check-out, following a full inspection and cleaning of the accommodation.
- Please note that there is a municipal tax - Tourist Tax:
Between the dates of 1 November and 31 March – EUR 1 per person, per night, not included in the total value and which must be paid on site. This tax applies to guests from 13 years of age. The maximum amount charged is EUR 7 per guest.
Between the dates of 1 April and 30 October – EUR 2 per person, per night, not included in the total value and which must be paid on site. This tax applies to guests from 13 years of age. The maximum amount charged is EUR 14 per guest.
- Water, electricity and gas consumption expenses (if applicable) are included within the normal parameters of conscious use. Meter readings are taken at check-in and check-out to determine consumption for the reservation period in question (whenever different from 30 days, the corresponding calculation is made).
Any consumption that exceeds the included value must be settled by guests with NURIS2U on the day before departure, in cash.
Included values for electricity and water in each 30-day reservation according to accommodation type:
T1: Electricity - 130 Kwhs and Water - 12 m3.
Should the excess not be settled, the company reserves the right to deduct it from the deposit value.

I was traveling with my 8-year-old daughter, and this apartment was absolutely perfect for our needs. It offered far better value for money than the overpriced hotels near the beach.
The view from the apartment is simply stunning. We also enjoyed relaxing on the balcony in the evenings, watching the lively street scene below. The location couldn’t be better—everything we needed was just a short walk away. The apartment was well-equipped and had everything we needed for a comfortable and memorable holiday.

Beautiful accommodation in a prime location! We loved that we could walk out the front door and have immediate access to so many restaurants and little shop in addition to the beach. The room itself was very clean and tidy, they even came once during our week accommodation to do a quick clean which was lovely! Lastly we travelled with our 5 month old, and they provided us with a baby bed, tub and high chair which was extremely helpful. Would highly recommend this stay if you are travelling to the area:)

View from the balconies was spectacular! Close to a lot of restaurants, a grocery store, and an easy walk down to the beach. The room was super clean and very well equipped with everything we needed, plus a few nice extras we weren’t expecting. The building itself is a bit dated, especially the elevators, but the room furniture and appliances seemed almost brand new.
