Summary:
Walk to beach! 4 Bedroom/2.5 Bath house sleeps 10. Coastal Florida style decor. Bike and running paths, beautiful beaches. Excellent restaurants nearby and plenty of shopping. Trader Joes, Whole foods, water side and fifth avenue all near by. Ask us about the golf cart service! We host 10 homes in this neighborhood.
The Space:
This immaculate 4 bedroom 2.5 bath home is the perfect location for beach enthusiasts. short 5 block walk to Delnor-Wiggins State Park Beach. Tropical landscape and coconut trees enhance the front of the home. For added convenience, there is a double car garage and a large driveway for off-street parking.
Enter thru the front door to a beautiful living and dining area. The Broyhill sofa converts to a queen size bed for extra guests. This area is the perfect spot to relax with a good book or invite guests to join you for conversation. The dining table will seat six with additional seating for four at a nearby bistro set.
The fully equipped kitchen has stainless steel appliances, a French door refrigerator, granite counters and glass tile backsplash. Everything you need to prepare a meal is provided except the groceries.
The brightly decorated family room invites you in to enjoy a game, movie, or your favorite program on a large flat screen Smart TV. A half bath is conveniently located off the family room.
Patio doors lead you to the covered screened lanai where you can enjoy the warm Florida weather and dine outside at a table for six. The backyard features a pristine heated salt water pool. The area is completely fenced in for your privacy and displays tropical flora. It is also South facing so that you can enjoy sunshine all day long. The pool remains at 84 degrees.
Upstairs, you will find four large bedrooms. Two with queen size beds and large closets. The third bedroom has two twin beds, a dresser, and a large closet. These bedrooms share a bathroom with a tub/shower combination, and granite counters. The master bedroom has a king size bed, dresser, flat screen Smart TV and a walk in closet. There is an ensuite bathroom with a tub/shower combination granite counters and double sinks. This bathroom also has a nice size linen closet.
A Pac n Play and high chair is provided for babies.
All of the bedrooms are tastefully decorated with Florida flair with comfortable mattresses and linens. Each closet has extra pillows, blankets and hangers for your clothing. Bath towels, hand towels and wash cloths are provided as well as bath soap and hand soap.
We have beautiful beaches in Florida and provide you with a few bikes, four beach chairs, a beach umbrella and plenty of beach towels for your day in the sunshine. A few sand toys are available for your children.
The home also has a full size front loading washer and dryer.
The location of this vacation property is one of the best in the area. Wiggins State Park Beach is five blocks away and a lovely walk. There are sidewalks, bike paths, running paths and plenty of sunshine. Vanderbilt Beach is also nearby (2 miles) and is known world wide for its white sand turquoise water. Both beaches have facilities and reasonably priced parking. ($10 per day). Wiggins State Park Beach has charcoal grills and picnic tables for your use.
Shopping and dining choices are too numerous to detail. The Mercato which features many restaurants and shops is a mile and a half away. Trader Joe's, Whole Foods and two Publix Supermarkets are all less than two miles and there is a Walmart less than a mile. The Downtown area, 5th Avenue Shops and Waterside Shops are a short 15 minute drive.

The property was very clean and the location to the beach couldn't have been better. We loved the privacy of the pool area and the generous seating available in the living room and front sitting room. We had a few small issues with the property, but the owner was quick to respond to most of our requests.
The reason I gave an overall rating of 4 stars was because we felt like the property could have been better stocked (bath & hand towels, wash clothes, dish towels, dishwasher packets, toilet paper, etc.) for the number of people in our party. We had 7 adults and 1 child in our group and only had about 5 wash clothes for all of us. We did a lot of loads of laundry so we would have dry towels available. We ran the dishwasher (full) at least once a day because of the size of our group but ran out of dishwasher packets the last day. It just seems like these simple amenities could have been better stocked.

What a beautiful property. The location is extremely convenient. We enjoyed the beach, shopping and fine dining, all within 10 min or less.
This home has a wonderful layout and the pool/screened porch added a private oasis. The owner is very responsive to any questions. We’ll be back!

Excellent location with private backyard pool! Garage is full of everything needed for a great beach day - coolers, toys, etc.
Well equipped kitchen with everything you could need for the week! Very informed during visit by property owner. Overall excellent stay!
