This beautiful 1 bedroom apartment is ideally located in the heart of South Beach. Only 5 to 10 minutes walking distance from ALL the best spots in town:
- 2 blocks from the Beach and Ocean Drive.
- 2 blocks from Lincoln Road.
- An half street from Espanola Way.
- 1 block from Collins Avenue.
- 4 blocks from Flamingo Park.
The apartment is located in a charming 3 stories Art Deco building with a pool and a unique courtyard with tropical trees.
The 1 bedroom apartment is located in a very charming 3 stories Art Deco building. It is one of the rare Art Deco Building in all South Beach with a pool and a unique courtyard with tropical trees.
The pool area has a table, chairs, sun umbrella and long chairs. You will able to relax around the pool and enjoy the sun and this quiet atmosphere in the middle of South Beach.
The apartment is a spacious 1 bedroom apartment of 520 sqft. It is a fully furnished and all equipped corner unit.
The kitchen has BRAND NEW cabinets that we changed 1 year ago and with all the appliances you need: fridge, microwave, oven, stoves, toaster, coffee machine, blender, kettle, dishes and all the equipment to cook.
You will be able to take and cook all your meals at home if wanted.
UPDATE #1: The appliances in the kitchen are ALL BRAND NEW and were changed 1 year and a half ago (fridge, dishwasher and stove/oven)!!!
UPDATE #2: Same for the furniture in the Living room (TV stand, coffee table, rug and long mirror), in the entry (office desk and chair), and in the bedroom (floor lamp and nightstands). Everything has been changed 2 years ago. The mattress in the bed was changed less than a year ago too.
FYI, the A/C units are new as well. The one in the living room was changed in 2021. The one in the bedroom was changed in August 2022.
The apartment can accommodate 4 to 5 people:
- Queen size bed in the bedroom.
- Sleeper sofa and sleeper armchair in the living.
- Possibility to use an air bed for the 5th guests.
Perfect to enjoy Miami Beach and spend great vacations. Only 5 to 10 minutes walking distance from ALL the best spots in town (restaurants, bars, clubs, stores, cinema etc...).
You will also find all the services needed around, such as:
- Rental cars and scooters.
- Bike stations
- Banks
- Post Office
- Groceries
- Supermarkets
- Liquor store
- Tour operators (Everglades, Key West, Boat tour, City tour, Orlando amusement parks etc...)
PARKING SITUATION:
- Parking meters in front of the building.
- FREE parking in the next street (Zone 2 area - check the sign) from 7am to 6pm from Monday to Friday.
WARNING - ONLY for residents between 6pm to 7am the next day from Monday to Friday, and ONLY for residents all day on weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- 3 PARKING GARAGES at ONLY 1 block on 16th Street:
First one between Drexel Avenue and Washington Avenue.
The two other ones between Washington Avenue and Collins Avenue. One of them is the cheapest one in ALL South Beach.
BUILDING:
The building is located in a safe area. It has security doors at the entry way and the pool area, a security camera system in the lobby, an elevator and laundry room with washer and dryer at each floor. The whole mechanic system of the elevator was changed in 2022.
A cleaning company comes every week to clean the whole building. A pool cleaning company comes every week as well. The building is well maintained and secure.
AIRPORTS:
The apartment is located at only 20mn driving distance from Miami International Airport, and 35mn from Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport.
FAMILY PACK:
We can rent baby crib (pack and play), baby stroller and baby bath tub on request (at least 48 hours in advance). Limited number of those family pack available. First come, first serve.

What a perfect location!My wife and I stayed here for a weekend in SOBE. It was exactly what we wanted - walking distance to nightlife and to the beach! The apartment was clean, the directions were clear, and Dan was a great host. We highly recommend!!

Truly enjoyed our stay. 2 blocks from the beach. Dan has beach chairs, beach towels, cooler and ice packs there which was so helpful to us. We walked or took public transportation everywhere. Dan replied quickly to any questions we had. A great getaway for us.

Great apt & location, no working elevator and noisy air con.Location was fabulous, v walkable to South Beach & Ocean Drive, and Art Deco district.The apartment & building were very clean, and quiet. Apartment itself was lovely; good size, good value for money, nicely decorated, lovely living room, modern kitchen, great bathroom, fab shower, very comfy bed. Air con and dehumidifiers kept the temp very comfortable.Very reasonable parking in the next street -45 for Fri- Mon. Negatives which stop this being a 5 star review: The apt is on the 3rd floor, listed as having a recently serviced elevator. However, when we arrived this wasn't working. We queried this with the host through Vrbo but didn't get a reply. We were traveling for 3 weeks so had very heavy suitcases and the elevator was a key part of our decision to book. Thankfully we were able to get our cases up all the stairs but this could have caused some people real issues.The air con in the bedroom works well but every 45 minutes or so, starts grinding loudly for 10 mins, so it woke us up every hour all night.Host communication was average. I had to chase for check in info and then our elevator query was ignored. The comms was detailed & helpful in terms of keys, PIN numbers, and garbage but didn't feel very welcoming as it was mostly a list of 'Don't do this or you'll be fined!' The apartment was a good find and overall we did enjoy our stay, but those niggles made it a high 3/5 for us this time.
