We were kind of chased out of the room yet we still had a few minutes before out check out time. That was not very nice considering there was heavy down power outside. Cleaning lady was already entering before we could literally exit. Not much of hospitality

This is my second time staying there for my birthday, two years in a row. The location is PHENOMENAL. The property is extremely clean, spacious, and located directly across the street from the beach and tons of local restaurants. The secure electronic key access to the property and to the apartment was very convenient and secure. I made sure that I left the property in pristine condition as it was when I arrived.

The only three things that I wasn't satisfied with are that both beds are very uncomfortable. An extremely thin mattress that sits on a metal bed stand. You can feel the rails on your back as you're lying down, which caused me some back pains. The second thing was when you lock the door from the inside, and try to unlock it as you are about to leave, the door jams, and you cannot get out. This didn't happen when I stayed last year, but it happened several times this year. I called the property manager when it happened to me the first night, and he seemed surprised by the information that I gave him. While I was on the phone with him, the door unlocked and I was able to leave. This happened to me several times during my 5-day stay. The property manager is extremely nice, and once again, I love the property, but those two things seem to have changed from last year to this year. Lastly, the family staying to the left of me, I believe it was unit 16, was a couple with a few kids. Early in the morning and late at night, the kids would be screaming and playing outside my door for hours. I opened my door several times and asked the parents if they could not have their kids being so loud outside my door, but my request was ignored.

Cuando llegamos a los apartamentos estábamos recién salidos de un crucero sin apenas escalas y en alta mar por lo que habíamos estado al menos 5 días sin Internet. Al llegar no tenía notificación alguna de clave de acceso y NO HAY RECEPCIÓN y no pude hacer el check-in on line, con lo que nos encontramos en la calle sin poder entrar a más de 40°C con las maletas y niños pequeños. Había una persona encargada del servicio de los apartamentos y nos ignoró completamente, a pesar de vernos allí pasándolo mal y buscando cómo contactar. Otra cliente que nos vió allí agobiados le dijo que nos atendiera y también la ignoró. Después de más de 20 minutos intentando contactar o entrar para dejar al menos las maletas consigo escribir por WhatsApp y Mail y es esa misma persona que nos lleva viendo 20 minutos pasándolo mal la que nos contesta además por WhatsApp en vez de en persona, cuando podía habernos ayudado desde el minuto 1. Cuando nos atiende en persona después de los WhatsApp es hostil y descortés, de malas maneras y expresiones desagradables. IMPORTANTE!!! SABED QUE NO TIENEN SERVICIO DE LOCKERS DE MALETAS SI LLEGAS ANTES DE TIEMPO Por otro lado alquilé para 5 personas y sólo hay 4 sillas y una mesa muy muy pequeña para poder comer. El sofá cama para la 5° persona es realmente horrible, duro y pequeño
