Condo exactly as advertised. The loveliest man check us in and showed us everything we needed to know, gave us a tour of the pool area. Introduced to the staff at Pier 57. The condo was in perfect condition. Very clean. The beds/pillows were comfortable. The balcony was big and the furniture was very comfortable. Good views.
The glass windows do not keep out much noise but it wasn’t bad and didn’t bother us. I lived waking up to the view. The neighborhood was safe. Close to everything. I would stay here again.

We needed to book a last minute place to stay due to our condo not being ready. A few notes…
- I was contacted by two different people regarding check in, one on what’s app and one via sms. This created some confusion.
- the property manager insisted to meet us with the keys at a specific time. When we got there, he was not there, we were able to get the keys from the front desk.
- there was a problem with one of the toilets (clogged) the plunger was broken so we couldn’t fix it ourselves. I let the property manager know and he came to fix it and told me not to put toilet paper in the toilet. This was not on the condo rules, I have stayed in other units on this property and that has never been mentioned.
- As far as check out, I was told 4 times I needed to be out at 11am..I understand they want to be sure that we will be out but that was a bit much…
- this was a busy trip for us and we wanted to be able to relax and I found the communication to be too overbearing.
-also there is land line in the unit that rings with scam calls periodically.
