About this apartment rental
A beautiful condo in one of the newest buildings closest to the beach- only a block from it. You'll love it because of the views, the terrace, the private roof-top amenities, including pool, jacuzzi, outdoor shower, workout room, large gathering lounge area, with executive style table and kitchen with built in Wolf Grill. Add to it, the convenience to everything. It's location is known for the restaurants and nightlife. On Saturdays, during season, there's a wonderful outdoor market for the freshest fruits and veggies right across in the square. No vehicle is required during your stay, as public transportation is right at your door for whenever you'd want.
This condo has a wonderful terrace that wraps around the building, designed as such, so that one can step out of any room and enjoy the fantastic views. As a matter of fact, there are no windows! Sliding glass walls that, when open, create a fabulous open air, larger feeling to the entire living space. It's like living outside. We've had it decorated with lively bright happy colors, so indicative of the old Mexican culture, but with a contemporary flair to it creating a flow intermingling the two. The condo is set up for 2-4 persons sleeping capacity. A queen bed in the bedroom, with a fold out double in the living room.
This is private building. Guests are met for the initial checkin/checkout.
Our management staff will meet and greet you upon arrival. I will be away but my property managers will take good care of you. If you will want additional maid service it can be added for a small fee.
Additionally, there is on-site management and security for the building itself.
We can set up an airport transfer, if you wish, as well as, a market stop off on your way in. Even different activities and/or adventures can be set up prior to your arrival by simply letting us know.
You won't really need a car here. If you do find yourself wishing for something, that is farther than you want to walk to, there are taxis, and Uber, that can be hailed with a second's notice down at street. If you want to truly feel the culture, there is a bus stop within a block where you can get to just about anything with a bus ride costing just pennies.
In order to keep our prices low, and stay environmentally aware, we include an electrical consumption of 20 kwh/day-which should cover guests' needs. In case, for any reason, you use extra kwh's, these can be paid at check out.
We also offer promotional rates for stays of 30 nights or longer. These rates do not include electric. Guests will be responsible to pay for their consumption at check out. Consumption is monitored by recording meter at check in and check out.

Place has an amazing location, communication with Heidi and Lupita was quick and smooth. Building is in very good conditions. They have everything there to make your vacation easier. View from the pool is breathtaking.

This gem of a condo was a treat to stay at! Very comfortably decorated as the pictures show. The condo lives larger due to the great corner terrace. Excellent location and wonderful rooftop. Yes, it's a busy/noisy corner with 3 good restaurants below and while the noise may bother some, we enjoyed the music and people watching. We had no issues sleeping once the patio doors were closed. Excellent communication with the host and management. We definitely hope to stay here again!

Had an amazing time. Property is just as advertised and bed is super comfortable! The rooftop pool has stunning views! We spent every evening there watching the sunset from the pool!

Bill and I are ages 78 and 67 respectively. We stayed in this Condo last week, 2/28- 3/8/19. We loved the condo and the location! Everything was clean and all paper products were provided. The toaster is very efficient and the hairdryer is of professional quality. Both Heidi and the building managers were a joy to work with! Everyone was helpful and responsive. The noise, which was considered a negative by other guests, was not a problem for us. We experienced endless enjoyment from the large corner balcony and I found myself telling people that we had front row seats for people watching and the evening fireworks show. There were Mariachi Bands, Indigenous Dancers, and an endless array of other performances. A fellow named Rambo is known throughout the neighborhood. He was especially entertaining with his combination dance and traffic control in the intersection. He was quite effective with his traffic directing! There is Fabulous food within steps of the unit. Our favorite was Da Simone for Italian, right around the corner. We loved it so much that we went back on our last night. There is Outstanding music, Blues and Swing, right up the street at Nacho Daddy! We went there twice, as well. Of note, however, is the fact that the entire city is struggling with its infrastructure against all the recent development. Nothing was said by either Heidi or the manager, but I quickly noticed signs in the restrooms of bars and restaurants cautioning against flushing paper unless necessary. Since our return, there has actually been a rather unfortunate sewage spill near an estuary in the area. That being said, there is absolutely no plumbing issue in this building. Another point is that the rooftop pool is saline and the tile is light green, so don’t be alarmed that it’s not blue in color like those in other buildings nearby. It’s marvelous! All in all, we had the time of our lives and would rent this unit again without hesitation,Joan and Bill Knutsen,Kirkland, WA
