Perched atop a hill, Casa Sunset boasts breathtaking ocean views from every corner. The infinity-edge pool is perfect for relaxing, inviting guests to immerse themselves in its refreshing water while taking in the most magnificent sunsets along the coast!
Designed for ultimate comfort and privacy, Casa Sunset features a contemporary single-level layout with vaulted ceilings and an open floor plan. Each of the 3 bedrooms is a sanctuary unto itself, offering ocean vistas, plush Simmons Beautyrest mattresses, Smart TVs, digital cable, and private bathrooms with walk-in showers.
The kitchen is a chef's dream, equipped with top-of-the-line appliances, cuisinart cookware, custom cabinetry, and quartz countertops. The living area, adorned with tasteful furnishings and a 55" LED Smart TV with Digital cable, provides ample space for relaxation and entertainment.
The oversized outside terrace features multiple pool loungers, sectional sofa, hammock, dining area and a large umbrella for additional shade. An outdoor kitchen and Weber gas grill offer the perfect setting for al fresco dining, while a unique Teak shower and garden area immerse guests in the surrounding tropical splendor.
Casa Sunset is not just a vacation home; it's a haven of sustainability and convenience. Solar panels, backup batteries, and water reserve tanks ensure uninterrupted comfort, while high-speed fiber optic internet and digital cable keep guests connected to the modern world.
For added convenience, the property is stocked with beach essentials such as towels, chairs, umbrellas, coolers and snorkel gear, boogie boards and yoga mats. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you would need to cook a great meal, including oil, spices, coffee, tea and sugar. There are also books, board and card games. Complimentary maid service is provided every 3rd day upon request, ensuring a carefree stay.
The owner of this home has installed a few security cameras around the property for safety. One camera is positioned at the corner of the property, facing the driveway and garage. Another is located along the hallway perimeter; a third one is placed in the side yard and last one overlooking the main entrance of the house.

The host and concierge service provided were very attentive. The amenities are great, secure and the pool and house were very clean. The cliffside sunset views are hard to beat, and the infinity pool is immaculate. We look forward to coming back and I fully trust the professional services provided by the host - the recommendations for private chef and private sunset cruise were top notch. Pura Vida! Thank you for a memorable experience.
