Condo was clean and well equipped. It has easy access to a fantastic beach. Close to Waffle House, Walgreens and Publix. Towels and beach chairs provided for free. Plenty of easy parking. The downside is that Gulf Blvd which runs in front of condo is very noisy and busy. The 1 bedroom condo is designed so that bedroom is at front of unit so you get a street view and noise in the bedroom. The living room has a balcony that looks out toward ocean which is nice.

View was nice. TV in the bedroom is broke, loses picture after 10 minutes, and the TV in the living room has little to watch
