3br 2ba. Great home for family get away! Plenty of space to park your RV and boat! Enjoy quick and easy access on and off of beautiful Lake Havasu. You can also spend time on the shore where motorized and non motorized watercraft can be rented. Conclude your day with an evening back at the house with a bbq and family games!

We stayed for 2 nights and the front door wouldn't open. I called the owner to make them aware. We spoke and was told that a handy man would be out to fix it. The back door was left open and we arrived at 9pm . One of my friends found the backdoor unlocked and that's how we were able to enter the property. The front light wouldn't stay on so, unloading our belongings was tough at night. The front fan wouldn't turn on at all. It was very hot and took a long time to cool down. When we left for the day we could t lock the door bc we had no way to enter . So we had to pack up our belongings and keep them in a locked car till we arrived back at the house. A handy man never arrived to fix the door or did a cleaning crew to clean up the smell of animal urine. I made the owner aware of all this and nothing was done. Except for, I'm sorry this is happening. If the door and fan and smell issues would have never happened I would totally recommend this place. But, till then I'm sorry I wouldn't. Wasn't a comfortable stay.
