This is a stunning 3-bedroom, 2-bath home located in the center of Lake Havasu, just minutes from the London Bridge, Lake Havasu State Park, Windsor Boat Launch and some of Arizona's most beautiful golf courses.
This updated and newly renovated home is perfect for families or groups of friends looking to build memories and enjoy Lake Havasu City, one of the coolest cities to visit.
There is RV and large boat/ trailer parking in the dirt lot to the left of the home, as well as a HUGE 4 car garage which can also store small boats. There is a large driveway as well for parking cars or boats. Street parking for cars is free and available as well aside from days they street sweep.
The backyard of the home features a modern fire pit area, tanning chairs, string lights, LED cornhole boards with designated turf strip for playing, and water misters along the patio roofing. The inside of the home features an open concept floor plan, tons of games for indoors and outdoors, a huge master bedroom, a large spa-like walk in shower, and flat screen TV's in almost every room.
We are also child friendly, wheelchair friendly, and pet friendly! We offer childrens toys/ games, a booster seat, pet feeding and water station outside, pet waste clean up bags, dog toys, and a paved path with no steps anywhere on the home for wheelchair accessibility.
There are views of the lake from the front yard and from the higher part of the back yard. The drive to windsor boat launch is only about 4 minutes and about 6 minutes to downtown and London Bridge.

Garage Garage Garage if you need an oversized 4 car garage this house easily can fit 45ft boat. The house was perfect, backyard is a bit smaller then pictured, only thing I could recommend to make house perfect would be a sliding glass doggy door. But honestly this house is a gem and one of our top favorites we look forward to booking next year. There is not a thing they didn't think of to make our stay perfect! Owners are AMAZING! Quick to respond and went out of their way to accommodate us. I could talk all day about this place! Just book you will love it!

This is the 2nd time staying at this property. We like it so much we will definitely rent it again. The house is big and spacious, the decor is perfect, the kitchen has everything you need, the garage is big enough for your boat and truck, they have lots of great games and the owner is great about any questions you have.

Great place. Well stocked with everything we needed. We appreciated that everything was nearby. The use of the large garage was also fabulous for all of our toys.

The home served good for our stay. For long term guests, a better stocked kitchen would be beneficial. Pots, pans, bowls, casserole type dishes, a full size ironing board, etc. it was necessary for me to buy a few kitchen items. While the backyard is fenced, it is not the best for small dogs. There are several openings in the fence, making it easy for a little one to escape. The home is located in a decent area. We felt comfortable. The bathrooms and kitchen were cleaned well when we arrived. Towels and bedding were good. The property manager was excellent. She was responsive and helpful.
