The apartment is perfect for a short stay in Funchal. It is located super close to the main road, the seaside promenade and the Teleferico. Pretty much everything is in walking distance. The apartment itself has everything you would need for a city trip, comfy bed, clean bathroom, small kitchen. The check in process was easy and the people at Madeira sun travel always answered very quickly. The only thing you have to keep in mind is that the apartment is located towards a larger road, so it is not the quietest place, especially if you plan to sit on the balcony, traffic and the AC unit of the fast food restaurant on the front side are pretty loud. But this isn’t a problem if you keep the windows closed and the AC turned on.
