About this house rental
This adorable three-bedroom, two-bath home is the perfect family getaway for everyone. Offers a private pool and plenty of outside space for soaking up the Florida sunshine! With the beach only a block away on a very quiet street, you'll be soaking up the sun and playing in the sand before you know it!
Walking into the home the fully equipped kitchen will be to your left with a large dining table for dinners together or family game night! Step into the living room and relax on the brand new sofas and watch the game on the large screen TV. Just behind the living area is the first downstairs bedroom with a sleeper sofa and small work desk. Next door is the full over full bunk bedroom. Just outside the bedrooms is a guest bathroom with a shower. The washer and dryer is located off the dining room in the closet. Step back out into the living room and walk up the stairs to the master bedroom which has a king bed, flat screen TV and full bath with tub/shower combo. This home offers a deck to sit and relax off the main level overlooking the private pool and canal. Complimentary WiFi is included.

STORM POLICY:
Hurricane season runs from June 1 to November 30. No refunds will be given unless The National Weather Service or Government Agency orders mandatory evacuations. Dates of rentals are guaranteed (exception: Act of God, e.g. fire, mandatory evacuation due to hurricane) when deposit has been received. In the event of loss of power and/or internet, or any other "out of our control" event due to storms we will not grant refunds. Florida weather in the summer can be unpredictable. We recommend travel insurance during these months.

The house was large and clean. We all agreed that the beds were comfortable. The property manager was excellent. He responded promptly to our concerns. The pool was awesome. A little chilly but we knew it was not heated when we rented the house. The only improvements I would recommend is additional silverware, chip clips and a couple of large fry pans. The blue couch was comfortable but the beige sectional didn't have much support. It was very uncomfortable for me and my elderly spouse . I was also surprised when their was no cable tv. Make sure if you rent this that you have streaming apps. Overall, we had a great week! The weather was wonderful and my family enjoyed the house and the incredible beach. Access to the beach was close by and numerous beach and pool accessories were included. There was also chairs for the beach included and numerous seating options on the patio and the deck.

The property is down the st from the fire dept that has free beach wheelchairs you can borrow. A few blocks away from the Navarre beach public access. The bunk beds are probably comfortable for small kids. My teen did not seem to think it was comfortable and ended up sleeping on the sectional.My mom tried sleeping on the blue sofa bed but the mattress is not comfortable at all so ended up sleeping on the other end of the sectional. The blue sofa itself is very comfortable tho just not the mattress. The home is beautiful in a quiet neighborhood..The host is quick to respond. The pool was wonderful and the view of the canal was great! Would stay again. It was definitely memorable and worth staying.
