Villa Calangute Phase 7 is a charming beachside retreat just a 2-min walk from the sea. Featuring marble floors, high ceilings, and thoughtful details, this villa blends luxury with cozy Goan charm. Located on the Calangute-Candolim border next to Sonesta Inns Resort, it offers easy access to beaches, cafes, and shops — perfect for families, couples, or groups seeking a stylish and relaxing getaway in Goa.

Get ready for a beachside extravaganza! Our villa is just a hop, skip, and a jump (well, a 2-minute walk) from the beach. With 3 AC bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, including a stylish en suite and a handy half bath, this place is perfect for up to 9 guests.

→ AC living room & 3 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms (including one en suite and a separate half bathroom).

→ Daily Housekeeping for 4 hours
→ Free high-speed WiFi (100–150 Mbps)
→ Kitchen for self-cooking + option to hire a private chef
→ Private Parking for 1 car + CCTV on external grounds & power backup
→ For stays of 3 nights or less, no replacement of linen or towels
→ Optional daily change of linens/towels available (₹400 per room/day)

→ The villa sleeps up to 9 guests with 2 king-size beds, 1 queen-size bed, and 3 extra mattresses. The king beds are made by joining two singles with a 2-inch topper for extra comfort. Prefer separate beds? The topper can be removed, and the beds revert to two singles—perfect for families or groups needing flexible sleeping arrangements.

→ Music outdoors only between 9am–9pm (below 55db, by court order). Strictly no fireworks or outdoor music after 9pm
→ Hosting events (e.g., weddings, anniversaries, DJ nights, or similar) requires prior government approvals. Kindly contact us in advance for guidance and assistance.
→ Valuables & personal belongings - The management cannot be held responsible for any loss, theft, or damage. Please use the digital locker & secure all doors/windows.
→ No large/mini buses or Tempo Travellers allowed inside. council parking available nearby
→ Any damages must be settled with the on-site manager
→ Pool hours: 8am – 8pm only
→ Outsourced chefs must be accompanied by their own dishwashing and service staff to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
