All of the shorelines are owned by the Tennessee Valley Authority and you can legally fish (with license) and swim anywhere along the shoreline itself.

The was cozy and exactly as pictured! It was perfect for my family coming in from out of town. I was a little worried about being able to find it, but I'm happy to report Google maps for everyone there just fine. (The roads to get there are a bit twisty/curvy but that's par for the area.)

We stayed at this property for a hunting trip to Land between the lakes. The property was just as expected and everything worked for us as it should. Would stay here again if I am ever in the area.
