About this house rental
Right around the corner from Kentucky Lake, this 1700-square-foot home offers comfort and casual convenience for those wanting to relax and enjoy Kentucky Lake and all it has to offer.
Ample boat parking on site with access to a no-charge boat launch and dock within 1/8 mile.
The interior was renovated in 2011 with an open floor plan allowing for a comfortable relaxing environment. New furniture and mattresses in late 2019.
The large master bedroom contains its own private bath. Two additional bedrooms are available along with an additional full bathroom. Beds sleep 1-6 singles or 4 couples.
This is a perfect location to stay during the many fishing tournaments on Kentucky Lake and is just minutes from the Paris Landing State Park Marina where the boats are put in the lakes for the tournaments.
The home is only 13 miles from Paris, Tennessee where you will find restaurants. shopping and entertainment.
Paris Landing State Park is just a short drive (5 miles) away where you can play a game of golf or tennis, enjoy a picnic, walk the many trails or swim in the park pool.
Ft Donaldson Historical Battlefield and Land Between the Lakes are also just minutes away which provide hiking, bike trails, elk & bison prairies, and a planetarium.
The kitchen is completely stocked with everything you will need - microwave, coffeemaker, refrigerator, freezer, toaster, dishes, and cookware.
Some of our amenities include Ruku Streaming TV, free Wi-Fi internet, linens provided, a BBQ grill (charcoal), a chest freezer for fish, bagged ice, outdoor seating, and a screened front porch.
Pets are NOT allowed. No Smoking. The home does NOT have a washer/dryer.

The property had plenty of parking for 2 boats and was very convenient to a community boat ramp in Big Sandy. The property was clean and comfortably slept 6 people. I would definitely stay here again if coming back to fish Kentucky Lake

Plenty of parking for up to 4-5 boats and trucks. Kitchen is new, Furniture and rest of house is older. Nice feature is there's a ice freezer that has bags of ice, you just replace when you're done. Its a quiet area, and great for fishing. Just not modern and fancy if thats what you're looking for. But worked for us
