ABOUT THIS PROPERTY
Just 10 minutes on back roads to Temecula's Wine Country & close to golf, shopping & Pechanga Casino. The home is nicely decorated and well stocked with everything you need. Located in a quiet neighborhood with over 2500 sq feet of living space. Perfect for wine tasting adventures, bridal parties, or whatever it is that brings you and your family into town.
THE SPACE
Make yourself at home in our 5 bedroom getaway just 10 minutes to Wine Country. Room for the whole family with four bedrooms (one downstairs with full bath) which comfortably sleep up to 10 guests. There are smart TV's in the family room and all of the bedrooms. Nicely decorated and very comfortable with newer paint and carpet. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need should you decide to cook a delicious meal. Out back there is a patio set, bbq grill, tetherball and fire pit. Super fast wifi too... enjoy your stay!
GUEST ACCESS
Guests have access to the entire home and backyard. Garage access is not included.
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
For those traveling with little ones, just let us know and we'd be happy to supply a pack n play, high chair, baby gate, and a stroller.
Need early check-in or late checkout, just ask. Please keep in mind that our booking calendar can be unpredictable so we may not be able to confirm the availability of early check-in or late checkout until 48 hours prior to your arrival or departure.
Note that all TV's have a Roku device for streaming but there is no cable box for local TV. You'll want to login to your favorite apps such as Netflix, Disney Plus, Amazon Prime, etc. The family room fireplace is decorative and usage is not included.
This is a quiet residential community. We invite you to enjoy yourself outdoors but ask that you be respectful to the neighbors be keeping the noise level to a minimum during sleeping hours. Please no parties, events or unregistered guests.
Please note that while we do allow pets, you must add your pet to your reservation and pay the pet fee. Please make sure to dispose of any pet feces prior to checking out. Pets must be kept off the furniture and carpet. A pet gate will be included to keep them off of the carpeted areas upstairs. When away from the house, please make sure to crate your pets. If a pet is brought to the property that is not on the reservation, the pet fee will be doubled and charged after your stay.

The home is in a quiet area and so perfect for getting to our favorite wineries! The welcome package was so much fun and our dog loved her toy! The layout with a bedroom downstairs worked out for our family members that are not able to do stairs and we loved the large main bedroom upstairs.We plan on coming back for another stay : )

Was an amazing house. Great value for the location and amenities. The house was very clean and had little touches that made the stay very comfortable. From have a coffee bar, with coffee provided and a welcome card, with snacks and a bottle of wine. We had a family wedding near by and it was perfect place to hang out with family from out of state, including our newest grandson. Would highly recommend this property.

Communication was great with the host. The house was clean and had everything we needed. Towels & linens were nice and the beds were comfortable. We didn't use the appiances but I'm sure they all worked as well. Plenty if hot water for all 9 of us showering. We will definitely stay again. Thanks Chris!!
