Residence in the hills of Umbria 5 km from Perugia
At 1km from the medieval village of Corciano, 5 from Perugia, in an ancient farmhouse renovated in fully furnished apartments, the residence is surrounded by greenery with a 2ha park available, swimming pools, 1km running path, gazebo, barbecue, chairs , tables, umbrellas and deck chairs; a soccer field and a volleyball court, botanical park and garden; large playground for children.
All spaces are adequately arranged in the large park, in order to guarantee peace and relaxation as well as the enjoyment of each guest.
Ideal starting point for visiting the territory of Umbria and nearby Tuscany, Lake Trasimeno can be reached in just 12km; easy to reach, a family environment able to guarantee maximum hospitality and every need.
The large park surrounding the swimming pools extends for about 2 hectares, in a gentle hilly position. It has large relaxation areas, for resting and reading, very well cared for. There is a very well equipped barbecue and oven area with a large veranda and gazebos where you can eat outside. For a holiday in Umbria dedicated to sport and fun: ping pong table, five-a-side football pitch in natural grass, volleyball court in natural grass, badminton, jogging path of about 1 km along the property border, fenced. It also has a private car park with a roof (one parking space per apartment).
The 62 m² Taggiasca Apartment, located on the ground floor, has 4 beds, an independent entrance and independent heating. Furnished with furniture from the 1800s and the first half of the 1900s, all carefully restored, it comprises inside: living room with sofa, fireplace and satellite TV, kitchenette with kitchen equipped with everything you need (pots, plates, dishes), 2 double bedrooms, bathroom with shower. Outside, a nice table for reading or eating outdoors in the courtyard surrounded by trees and hedges. The bedrooms have fans on the ceiling.

Guiliano is a gracious and accommodating host. The facilities are excellent. Great location near Corciano center, and has easy access to highways to the major attractions

Within easy reach of dozens of beautiful little towns (or even Rome or Florence for day trips), Giuliano's (and his family's) friendlyness (and barbecue!) and his superbly maintained, spacious property gave us an immediate warm welcome. We used the large (and very clean!) pools nearly every day, our kids (10 and 7) also loved the football field. We really enjoyed staying here, Le Gorghe is a fantastic place to spend summer holidays!

We had a wonderful vacation. We stayed in one of the cosy apartments with our young kids. There is a beautiful spacious garden and a large swimming pool. The place is well located for discovering Umbria. Friendly host. Would recommend.

We loved the gorgeous manicured lawns at Le Gorghe! Our kids loved playing soccer on the green field and then exhausting themselves in the beautiful pool. The property is so well taken care of by Giuliano that it was quite inspiring. One of our best meals of our time in Italy was at Il Convento, just up the hill from Le Gorghe. We hope to return to this slice of paradise one day.
