This cosy 50 sq. m flat is located on the ground floor of a nice and secured residence and includes:
- a large and sunny terrace,
- a nice and pleasant living room with a comfortable sofa-bed,
- a bedroom with a queen-size bed (160 cm),
- a well-equipped kitchen (toaster, coffee machine, kettle, oven, micro-wave, fridge, dish-washer, hot plates),
- a bathroom with bathtub,
- vacuum cleaner, washing machine, tumble dryer,
- TV and Wifi,
- a private parking lot,
- the access to the superb 4-hectare closed estate and its tennis court.
