Welcome to your perfect holiday getaway in the heart of Benalmadena Costa! Our 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment overlooking Ibensa Square is the perfect place to unwind.
The master bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed and benefits from built-in wardrobe space with ample room to keep your travel clothes organised. There is plenty of natural light through the large exterior wall window. The second bedroom has 2 single beds and warm lighting creating a cosy feel, while in the 3rd bedroom you will find another single bed. All three rooms have bedside tables, lamps and plug sockets for charging your devices.
Our living and dining area is the perfect place to unwind after a busy day of exploring the local area or having spent the day soaking up the sun at the beach. It is furnished with a comfortable and stylish sofa where you can sink in and watch your favourite show on the large flat-screen smart TV. Natural light creates a bright and airy atmosphere. There is a large dining table that easily accommodates 6 people. The living/dining area is stylishly decorated giving it a modern feel. There is wifi throughout, as well as air conditioning during the summer and heating for the colder months.
One of the highlights of our apartment is the enclosed balcony overlooking Ibensa Square. It is the perfect spot to sit and relax with a book or a drink. Whether you're traveling with family or friends, this is the perfect place to enjoy some downtime and soak up the sun. This chill out spot is also comfortably furnished to put you at ease.
The kitchen is perfect for anyone looking for a self-catered stay. It comes equipped with all the expected mod cons to ensure your stay is as comfortable as possible.There is an oven and hob for cooking. Along with a microwave for those quick snacks. The kitchen is also equipped with a washing machine and a dishwasher. For coffee lovers, the pod coffee machine is a welcome addition to the kitchen. You'll be able to enjoy a freshly brewed cup of coffee every morning to start your day.
This property is also perfectly located close to the beach, bars, and clubs of Ibensa Square, an ever popular nightlife spot in Benalmadena Costa. You’ll have lots of options for entertainment during your stay. It is teeming with pubs, bars and restaurants, day or night it's a hive of activity offering plenty to do. Please note that some noise is to be expected, especially during the summer.

The location was great for the beach and marina The apartment is clean and modern Shops/supermarket/cafe/pharmacy within a short walk
The lack of aircon in the kitchen/living space takes from the comfort in the apartment, which is a pity as otherwise it is very comfortable, The square outside the apartments main bedroom is noisy, late into the night. You adjust to it, but it is noisy.

Great area at Ibensa Square next to a lot of nice restaurants, grocery stores, and a short walk down to the beach. The apartment itself was a good layout for our family of five with plenty of space.A couple things to note for future renters:The apartment is directly above a few bars in the square. The nightlife is lively but not too loud during operating hours. The bar below (specifically the Toro) allows their friends to remain out on their patio until 5/6am drinking, shouting, and playing loud music…well after operating hours. Even after asking them nicely to keep it down, they ignored our request and got louder. This is a common occurrence on most Fri and Sat nights. The main bedroom is affected the most as the window is above the after hours guests. We also let the owners of the apt know but they didn’t seem to care.There’s also no dryer in the unit, even though the listing says there’s a dryer with a picture of a drying machine. It had a drying rack, a touch misleading.Not bad overall, but wish we would’ve known these facts ahead of time.
