About this villa rental
This beautiful property is located in the most beautiful residential area of Dénia (MARQUESA VI) on the heights of Montgo with breathtaking views of the sea and the mountains. A private swimming pool in a beautiful garden of 1000 m² with trees surrounds the villa.
It has 2 air conditioned double bedrooms with wardrobes and wardrobes 2 bathrooms. A cot is available.
Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven fridge freezer electric coffee maker or Nespresso overlooking a large living room and lounge. Washing machine in the basement.
A covered terrace with garden furniture and dining area, overlooking the pool with stunning views over the sea and the town of Denia.
You also have another terrace with barbecue and dining area behind the house.
Private parking for 2 vehicles is available in the grounds of the villa.

Valencia airport is 100 kms from the villa and that of Alicante 100 kms.
Juan intervenes to maintain the garden and swimming pool once a week.

We spent our summer vacations in this beautiful house, and had a fantastic experience from the first moment to the last.
Our girls jumped in the pool the moment we got to the house and we had our first dinner looking over the Mediterranean sea from the outdoors dinner table, which is perfectly placed to look over the pool (while the little ones are taking a swim) at the same time. The house has a very nice and well kept garden while looking up, we had a view over the Montgó mountain.
The house is well equipped and we did not really lack anything during our 10 day stay.
We liked the area, Denia and surroundings, too and all in all enjoyed our vacations there very much.
Many thanks to our hosts, Lorenzo and family for our time there.

The villa is beautiful, very clean. All the decoration is up to date and everything we needed. The gardens are lovely with lemon and fig trees. Chantal met us at the property and showed us around. We had a great week.
