You’ll love relaxing in the Living Area after a fun-filled day on the Beach and enjoying the Flat Screen TV and Free WiFi. Summer Beach 408 has been thoughtfully renovated to welcome you right in with beachy blues, lots of comfy furnishings to sink into, and an abundance of natural light. Slip out to one of the Balconies where you can take in the beauty of Mother Ocean as you start your day with a cup of coffee, or in the still of the night with a nice glass of your favorite wine after everyone else has drifted off to sleep.
The Chef in your family will adore the wide open, Well-Stocked Kitchen. With every gadget you could need at your fingertips, even a double oven, mealtime will be easy-peasy! With all of the comforts of home there is no need to dine out every day - unless you want to! And if so, you will love all of the Fantastic Ocean City dining available within blocks! Dine in the comfort of the Central AC, or stroll to one of many fine restaurants located nearby, such as OC Wasabi - a Local’s favorite, or Barn 34. Shops, entertainment, and more are right at your fingertips when staying at Summer Beach. The Boardwalk is a short drive away, and you’re not too far from West OC, home of some of our favorite dining venues.
With 3 Bedrooms and a Sleeper Sofa in the Living Area, the home sleeps 8 adults and 2 children comfortably. The Master Bedroom has a King Bed and is flooded with natural lighting from the 2 large sliding doors helping to start each day with breathtaking views. There is also a Flat Screen TV for your enjoyment, and a Private Master Bath with Custom Walk-in Shower. With access to the Balcony, it’s easy to slip out for a little “me time”.
Down the Hall, Bedroom 2 comfortably sleeps 2 with a lovely Queen Bed. The warm tones and beachy decor of this beautiful room will have you sleeping like a baby. Just across the Hall, and also convenient to the Living Area, is a 2nd Full Bath with Tub/Shower Combo. There’s also a convenient Washer and Dryer, just in case you need it. The blissful blues and nautical decor of Bedroom 3 is a serene escape that will comfortably sleep up to 4 in style with 2 Queen Beds.

The unit was perfect for us. Everyone had room to stretch out and the location gave us easy access to many of the area's top attraction. The condo was spotless and also in great condition. The staff at the condo front desk were always friendly and willing to help out when needed. We would definitely stay here again and recommend to our friends and family.

We loved our stay there. My only complaint would be the door code they gave us had a star instead of a check mark that caused confusion, otherwise it was great! We loved that it was clean, updated and had great views of the bay and beach.

Condo was clean and in great shape. 6 adults had plenty of room and comfort all week.
First time using electronic check-in. it worked great, but was very nervous not to get the security access codes until checkin. there was limited communication on where the parking passes and lobby keys would be located. Need to be more specific for future renters.

Our condo was very clean, comfortable and nicely decorated with a beach theme. It was a short walk to the beach or pool. Restaurants were within walking distance. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony at night and listening to the surf.
