About this house rental

Third row with a 2 minute walk to public access. No public parking so beach is pretty private. No house second or fourth row. Very private and surrounded by oaks. You'll think you're living in a treehouse. Recently remodeled and decorated. Rental is one of two units (duplex). The other unit is not a vacation rental.

The unit was just as described - modern and very clean. It was easy communicating with the host. Close to the beach and we enjoyed being there for a few days of down time.

This was a great find! A super quick walk to the beach where it isn't super crowded but a close drive to either side of the island. Loved having the space downstairs to help contain the sand. Jeff was super responsive and easy to work with for any questions that I had. I definitely hope to be able to visit again soon!

We stayed here for a second time. The convenience to the beautiful beach is great. The house is like being in a tree house. The shaded street is a nice break from the heat.
