This recently updated 3 bedroom cottage with 2 baths (plus 1 in the garage) is pet friendly and just steps from an easy beach access. Extra living space in the garage, complete with a ping pong table, is the perfect spot for hanging out or for some rainy day fun.
Living and Dining:
One floor living at its finest, this classic beach cottage has been totally renovated with new flooring and tons of coastal charm. The open floorplan ensures everyone can relax or prepare meals together. The comfortable living room has easy access to the covered front porch. The dining table seats 4 with room for 2 more at the counter. You’ll find an additional living area in the garage with a ping pong table, comfortable seating, and a bar area, plus a full bath and the laundry.

Outdoor Spaces:
When you’re ready to hit the beach take a short stroll across the street to the beach access and spend the day. When you return, rinse the sand and salt away in the enclosed outdoor hot/cold shower. Then relax on either the front covered porch or catch some rays on the back sun deck. Feeling like some fun and games? Why not start a ping pong tournament with all the kids or invite the neighbors! Open up the garage doors and let the ocean breeze blow thru and relax in the ground level seating area.

Your vacation home is located in the heart of Topsail Beach, just 6.6 miles south of the Surf City high rise bridge. You are close to a few shops, restaurants, and the Jolly Roger Pier in Topsail Beach and not too far away from the main business district on the island in Surf City! Be sure to visit some local attractions such as the Karen Beasley Sea Turtle Hospital on the mainland and the nearby Missiles and More Museum in Topsail Beach, which tells the story of our island's past.

This place is convenient to the beach and is in decent shape. It has a lot of useful features for a family. Ward was responsive when we had problems. Overall we had a nice stay.

The house is the road off the beach. You can sit on the balcony and see the ocean. The underneath the house is perfect for hanging out and playing ping pong. There is an outside shower and a bathroom under the house. We enjoyed our time there. Hope we can be back next year!

We loved the gate on the porch upstairs! Our dog stayed out on porch most of the week watching people go by! The location is fairly quiet and walk to beach is not bad! We loved playing ping pong! I found 205 sharks teeth in 5 days so great place for hunting! Food places were a good ways back, but island is beautiful! We walked the 2 piers on the island! The Surf City pier was really neat and we ate ice cream there! Overall great house and great location!
