The master bedroom provides a super-comfortable king-sized bed with a private bathroom. The second bedroom has two twin beds. both bedrooms are equipped with black-out curtains. Linens are provided at no additional charge!
Large, flat-screen TVs are located in the family room and master bedroom. Free wifi included. A complete laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer is provided. Enjoy the well-equipped kitchen (Yes! We have a Keurig!) with your choice of dining out on the balcony or inside. Don't feel like cooking? Napoli on the Lake is an award-winning restaurant just steps away. Amenities at Bernard's include a beautiful sandy beach, boat ramp access, two outdoor swimming pools, a kiddie pool, playground, tennis, and pickleball courts -- PLUS -- indoor facilities include a pool, hot tub, sauna, game room, fitness center, racquetball and more.

My family just returned from The Boathouse following our second vacation at this stunningly gorgeous location. The weather was very hot the first trip. This time it was cooler. There are so many options at Smith Mountain Lake, and specifically at Bernard's Landing, that having a wonderful vacation is basically inevitable. We can't wait to return!

The location of the condo is fabulous, right on the lake! The Peninsula at Bernard’s Landing is a fabulous spot. The boat rental is just around the corner, the pool is walking distance, and so is the restaurant. The condo has beautiful views from the living room/kitchen area. The condo itself is very clean and cozy. The kitchen has everything in it for cooking. We felt very welcomed with the thoughtful touches when we first arrived. Highly recommend.

Felt like I was at home , absolutely beautiful, clean and cozy , Bernard’s Landing and the grounds was immaculate and the 4th of July fireworks was magnificent
