This a great house right on the lake. The kitchen is well stocked, the house was very clean and the kayaks were enjoyed much. This house is as-described and will serve your SML lodging needs very well!

Over the years I’ve heard many people speak positively about Smith Mountain Lake. One of my nephews got married because his parents live here and so I took my son, granddaughters and my son‘s girlfriend to the lake house with me. The house was clean, the towel provisions were amazing! We loved the kayaks for the girls and mine. The stairs were awkward to climb. The ones going upstairs seem to have a lower step and the ones going to the pool table room seem to have a very high step. All appliances worked in the refrigerator had an icemaker that kept putting out. Great. The house was plenty big for the five of us to allow for both a gathering in almost any room or privacy for anybody who wanted itKip and Julia were fabulous to work with. Hopefully we didn’t have too many questions. We were able to enjoy our wedding event just a 15 minute walk away as well as family time in a lovely and fun setting
