Spacious 2 level home with fully finished lower level, 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom with walkway extending from the lower level deck to the party deck! Ample parking space for vehicles and a boat trailer, circular driveway.
Entry level of the home offers open great room with kitchen, dining area and living room with Smart TV. There's also a lakeside bedroom with king bed, Smart TV and adjoining bathroom (shared with the great room area).
The upper level has 2 bedrooms (one with 1 full and 1 twin bed and the other with a king bed) and a bathroom. The king bedroom has a Smart TV and Blu-Ray.
The lower level is a nice open area with 2nd kitchen (stove, fridge microwave and sink), family room and access to the lakeside deck. There is a Smart TV and multi-game table (air hockey, pool and ping pong) in the family room.
Dock offers covered boat slip (no hoist), floating dock for boat tie-up, electricity and lights. Soak up the sun on the spacious party deck!

Our family enjoyed our week at SML and Sunrise Cove was a major reason for our enjoyment. We played many rounds of pool and air hockey on the multi-use table in the basement. Much time was spent at the boat dock and swim platform, taking in the sun and swimming. Its location allows quick access by boat to the main lake and many marinas and restaurants. The neighbors are quite pleasant and friendly.

Sunrise Cove is a nice home; very roomy but outside was very unkempt with cobwebs/spiderwebs everywhere. Furniture was very dirty. We had to wash everything down to sit outside. Lots and lots of steps!
