About this house rental

5 bed 2 bath SPLIT LEVEL home (Duplex) available for Penn State football, hockey, graduation, arts fest etc. 5-minute drive to Beaver Stadium, Pegula Ice Arena, the BJC, and downtown State College. Tussey mountain is approximately 10 minutes away.

Guest capacity is 12-15 people. 3 bedrooms one bath on the main floor. 2 bedrooms, one bath in the basement apartment.

Pet friendly (dogs only. Sorry, no cats due to allergies)
(2) Large Wire Dog crates

Lisa was a fantastic host! She was very responsive and her home was lovely and conveniently located! Would definitely stay here again!

Lisa was very easy to communicate with and the place was able to accommodate our large group. The property was walkable to the campus, restaurants, and stores. Would recommend to anybody going to the area!

The house was spacious and really comfortable. It was so nice to have the whole house, which included the downstairs apartment and two outdoor seating areas. The kitchen was well appointed and appliances all were in great shape. The host was wonderful and excellent with communicating throughout the whole process. Short term rentals are becoming unpredictable but from the beginning, I felt very comfortable that this one was going to work out because of the great communication with the host. Having only two bathrooms for a large group can be challenging but we all managed to do just fine for this stay. Location was great: Penn Stare is a quick drive and there is a Giant grocery store right around the corner.

Close to stadium, easy access to all of State College. House was very roomy. Lisa was welcoming and there if we needed anything.
