About this house rental
5 bed 2 bath SPLIT LEVEL home (Duplex) available for Penn State football, hockey, graduation, arts fest etc. 5-minute drive to Beaver Stadium, Pegula Ice Arena, the BJC, and downtown State College. Tussey mountain is approximately 10 minutes away.
Guest capacity is 12-15 people. 3 bedrooms one bath on the main floor. 2 bedrooms, one bath in the basement apartment.
Amenities include:
Linens/towels/ pillows/ blankets
On and off street parking
Wifi
Pet friendly (dogs only. Sorry, no cats due to allergies)
(2) Large Wire Dog crates
(1) Queen and (1) single air mattress available upon request
Fully equipped kitchens up and downstairs
Onsite Laundry
Toiletries provided
Early check in available upon request
Late check out available upon request
Separate entrances if renting separately.
Discounted rates available for repeat renters
There are 3 Ring cameras on the entire property that all record motion and audio. Placement of cameras available upon request.
*A Siberian Husky does live in our home any time the property is not rented if anyone has allergies to dogs.*

We had a wonderful stay at Lisa's house for our daughter's PSU graduation weekend! The communication was great! Location was perfect! We loved the back deck for enjoying the weather with our group. The house had all that we needed. Perfect for a large group! Thanks!
