About this house rental
See below "the Space" for more info. One of the rarest rentals in Myrtle. No other houses downtown, only high rises, just across from the ocean, walk to everything, no car needed, pets allowed(per approval) , 3 story brick house with yard, enclosed garage with hot tub,foosball, 6 55-75" tvs, 4 arcade games, expansive kitchen over looking city and ocean, 2 master suites w custom bathrooms, 4 sleeping areas with 2 extra sleepers, all high end finishes. The is the most unique property in MB
The space
Everyone wants to stay downtown by the skywheel , amusement parks , restaurants and so on so here is your chance. Not only are you within walking distance to everything downtown and just across the street from the ocean, you have your own 3 story house vs a hotel room with 1000s of people. Have pets and do not want to leave behind, this is the perfect place upon approval, no other place downtown allows pets. The outside has a beautiful sitting area with pavers, couches and a propane grill. The large garage is enclosed with custom flooring, 7 person hot tub, 72 inch fan with exhaust fan, 55" tv, sitting area and even a foosball table. the 1st level also has a full sleeper sofa with a 55" tv. As you make your way up to the second level you will noticed the extra large expanded kitchen with high end level 3 granite and a granite island for sitting everyone as you enjoy the oceanviews from the kitchen balcony doors. There is also a 55" tv in the kitchen so you can cook and watch tv while enjoying the views or if you just prefer to hang out there and watch tv, everything is right there. There is even a game room in the kitchen with arcade games like big buck, street fighter, nfl blitz and nba jam. The perfect chill area to just hang out and enjoy family time. On the south end of the second level you will notice the beautiful living area with a sleeper and other sitting options along with a large 75" tv and a rock tile fireplace. There is also a 72" custom fan with remote. Also on the second level is a 1/2 bath with a custom whale sink and new granite.. Up on the third level there are 2 maters with each having its own bathroom. The North Oceanside bedroom has a large king bed with a 70" tv. with a tub/shower combo bathroom. The second master facing the skywheel( wonderful views at night) has a queen bed and a 65" tv along with its own bathroom with a stand up shower.
PETS - upon approval - 125 pet fee - non aggressive breeds
Not allowed - Rottweiler, Pit Bull Terrier, Staffordshire Terrier, Boxer, German Shepherd, Presa Canario, Chow Chow, Doberman Pinscher, Akita, Wolf-hybrid, Mastiff, Cane Corso, Great Dane, Alaskan Malamute, and Husky
Parking - There are 3 first come first serve parking spaces for 6 houses. The majority of the time there is at least one spot open as most are second homes, but if they are full then you will have to use the city parking for a daily fee which is just outside of the house.
Wifi- The house has its on wifi and modem and is free
Location - Best location in town, just across from the near oceanfront Hilton they just built and a block over from the new amusement theme park along with all the restaurants, skywheel, dropzone, downtown etc. The Beach is one block up on same street as home.
Bedding - king bed, queen bed, queen sleeper, full sleeper - all in different rooms and levels

We had a nice stay. The pictures posted for the rental property seem to be quite dated.

It’s not beachside?? The Roku stick located near the Television by the Front door didn’t have any batteries so we weren’t able to use it. In all there are more Screens in the house that we could not use all of them in our short visit. All in all Terrific Home, enjoyed it very much

Quick stay during kids spring break. Kitchen was well equipped for family meals. Nice tvs in every room, and the basement space with the hot tub was a unique spot. Very short walk to the beach and boardwalk.

House was infested with ants. Construction next door was miserable. No extra bedding for pull out couches, yet the listed said "sleeps 7". Minimal towels and toiletries. Fan in master bedroom did not work. Hot tub was foamy and had high chlorine smell.
