Wonderful apartment located on the seafront, in a very quiet residential area, Alcanada, with stunning views over the bay of Alcudia and direct access to solarium above the sea.
The apartment consists of private parking, a living room / kitchen, a bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom with shower and a terrace in the front, its views and its enclave make this small apartment an exceptional place to spend a few days on vacation , rest and relax.

It’s realWas a little skeptical of the view, but it’s even better than pictured. Spacious apartment on right side of bigger building, with fully stocked kitchen and a parking spot. There is also a path tight behind the building that travels along the coast to the port with multiple spots were you can go down to the ocean for a swim My only complaints were that the entire unit felt damp, but that could just be me not used to being that close to the ocean. We could also hear people and footsteps in other units around us a times.A car is definitely i plus if staying here, as otherwise it would be a 15 minutes walk to the port everytime

Great place to stay if you have a car. The apartment had an amazing view. Alicia was extremely communicative and easy to reach out to. Highly recommend!

The apartment is exactly as pictured and described. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here, especially while on the patio with the breathtaking views and soothing sounds. The walking path (go to the left and keep on going) offered spectacular vistas and a closer look at the lighthouse. We drove a few kms through 16 roundabouts and had an enjoyable 3 hour horseback ride, including on the beach. There are so many places, both natural beauty and historical, to explore nearby but there is little need to go far. There are wonderful restaurants within walking distance and countless options a short drive away. Check in was a breeze and we had no need to contact Alicia while we were there. We highly recommend this apartment for anyone looking to enjoy themselves in a picturesque setting.

Even better than the pictures - this apartment is in a larger building right on the water in a nice upscale neighborhood away from but a quick drive into Alcudia. We were there off season so it was nice and quiet. The views are incredible (especially the sunsets) - out onto an area with boats and able to watch bigger ships coming in more in the distance. The unit itself has a very well equipped kitchen, nice space to relax and a comfortable bed. It was a bit chilly when we were there so didn’t use the porch much, but I’m sure in warmer less windy weather would have spent a lot of time there.
