The property was spotless,however my request for a second pillow prior to arriving for medical reasons was rebuffed,the air con remote had the battery cover missing,allowing the batteries to fall out.I did not report this as my request for a second pillow was met with disinterest.the chairs on the balcony could do with an upgrade.very nice location and well equipped

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this lovely apartment. It was spotlessly clean and the location couldn’t be better. You can walk to Alcudia “Old Town” in less than 30 mins.The furniture was clean and comfortable, including the chairs on the balcony which often let properties down. There was a supermarket across the road which sold everything we required, including warm baguettes.The restaurant/bar (Negre) which was below sold great food and drinks. The atmosphere was brilliant and noticed, when people watching, that it was a “Go To” destination. We thought it might be noisy but wasn’t any problem.I would have liked two pillows instead of one pretty flat one and a blanket for the balcony would have been lovely as we were there in May and it got chilly in the evenings.The shower could do with a bit of an upgrade but none of these would stop us returning here.

The flat was the perfect size for a couple and the views over the port were smashing. We intended to eat out every night, but in the end we preferred to stay in and make our own meals. Kitchen had everything we needed. Washing machine worked well and the place was spotless, although with such a hefty cleaning bill, I would expect it!
Superb location, friendly supermarket opposite. Absolutely recommend this apartment.
