Ideal Property Mallorca - Canet Beach

Location was ideal, perfect for the tranquility and the views were amazing

In need of a major redecoration and new flooring. Sofa very dirty could do with washable covers. The lack of accesible TV channels in English. The cable box is pro German TV. Over priced for its condition

Great location with terrace overlooking harbour. Spacious and well equipped.

The apartment is ideal for those who like the freedom of self catering whilst having the option of eating out as there is a brilliant shop and superb restaurants right on your doorstep! The view from the balcony ( which is always sunny ) is to die for and there is always something new to see ! It is clean comfortable and spacious .Bathroom facilities are excellent and the bed was so comfortable .

The only negatives - just silly niggles really !! We stayed 19 days and on asking about a change of linen for the bed so we could change the sheets etc ourselves ,were told we had to wash what we had .use a laundry or pay extra cleaning charges- just a supply of clean linen would really have made a difference especially if it was raining ! There is not a shelf in the oven or dishes you could use to cook in it. Also the only English Tv is the news channel so providing a CD/DVD player would be useful . Plus the added benefit of providing a safe to lock away valuables would be a welcome addition.
