We came with a group of 9 - 6 adults, 1 teenager and 2 younger children. The home was large and spacious and accommodated our group very well. Everything about it was inviting and comfortable from all the varied seating to the bedrooms and bathrooms. The land surrounding the home was open with limited views of the ocean and the pool was a great size for all of us to enjoy. We spent a few days exploring the island as well as staying at the home since it was such a relaxing space to be in. A number of beaches and other points of interest were within a 30 - 60 minute drive so a car is highly recommended. A large and very well stocked grocery market was very accessible with a 10-15 min drive. The kitchen was well stocked with many appliances, dishes, and utensils, etc, however some of the pots and pans among other things were well used and a bit old and could use some updating. The owners greeted us when we arrived in the late evening and were very gracious, supplying us with food items for breakfast the next day! We definitely loved Martinique, the people and the island.
