Bayside Apartments and Studios provides self-catering accommodation in the vibrant St. Julian's area, known for its lively Paceville nightlife, casinos, pubs, and clubs. Located approximately 10 km (16 minutes by car) from the airport, they offer convenience and comfort.

This 2-bedroom apartment is equipped with a kitchenette (electric stove, kettle, utensils, pots and pans, refrigerator, oven, microwave), a living area with TV, seating and dining area, and two bathrooms, and can accommodate 6 people up to 8. This property also comes with a well-sized balcony with a community view.

1. Please note that the damage deposit of €200 to be collected by the property applies to a maximum of 4 people only. This is adjusted to €50 per person from the 5th person onwards (payment by card).

3. WI-FI is available for free in all of the buildings (for less than 28 nights stay) and is not applicable for 28-night stay and above.

4. Parking is available on the street.

5. Paid washing machine and dryer available on the lower ground floor.

6. The gym is open in the building and open from May to September.



7. No daily cleaning for the unit or daily changing of sheets/linens/towels.



8. If you are booking for Monthly or Long stays (28 nights or more) are for a MINIMUM OF 3 PERSONS ONLY; EXTRA PERSONS are charged €375 each per month. Monthly or long-stay rates DO NOT INCLUDE utility bills, wifi/tv connection, or the post-check-out cleaning fee (applies for deep cleaning, repainting works, and linens laundry). To clarify, the charges apply to the duration of the stay, NOT starting from 28 nights.

(b) Bills for 1-Bedroom and Studio Units: €140 (2 people), €160 (3 people), €180 (4 people) , and adjusted based on the final number of occupants. Amounts may vary depending on utility consumption.

(c) €25 wifi/TV connection monthly



(d) Refundable deposit will be the equivalent of the monthly rate and if cancelled before arrival or during the duration of stay, it is NON-REFUNDABLE.



(e) After check out, cleaning fees for a 28-night stay or long stay is €200 which applies for laundry of linens, repainting, and deep cleaning works which is paid in advance at the property on arrival.
