The holiday home is a nice and comfortable two-room apartment located in a residential and quiet area of Arzachena. It consists of an independent entrance with a small garden, a living room with a dining table, an independent kitchen, a bathroom, a washing machine, a double bedroom.
The accommodation is located on the ground floor of the single-family house and is proposed as an ideal solution as a solution for holidays or short-term stays.
The entrance overlooks the main street of the neighborhood; it is possible to park the car exactly in front of the entrance. Just 150 meters there are a supermarket, a bar and a restaurant. The port and the airport of Olbia are 25 km away. The nearest beach is Cannigione (6km); Baja Sardinia and the Costa Smeralda are 15 km away.

It is possible to make excursions on the territory of cultural, naturalistic and gastronomic nature at discounted rates with minivans, accompanied by local tourist guides who will share with you experiences that you will not forget.
