Cosy, comfortable apartment house 85 m a.s.l., renovated in 2021. In the centre of Arzachena, in a central position, 8 km from the sea. Motor access to the house. Stepped path (10 steps) to the house. Public parking on the road. Supermarket 200 m, restaurant, bar 150 m, bus stop "Viale Dettori 41" 700 m, sandy beach "Cannigione" 8 km. Nearby attractions: Palau 10 km, Arcipelago La Maddalena 10 km, Baja Sardinia 15 km, Porto Cervo 20 km, Porto Rotondo 28 km, Olbia 28 km. Please note: car recommended.
