Apex 503 is a three-level, ski-in/ski-out townhome on the mountainside above Canyons Village at Park City Mountain. Ski right to the lower-level ski room, then soak in the private hot tub on the patio. Floor-to-ceiling windows fill the great room with mountain views, and the Apex clubhouse adds a heated pool, hot tub, sauna, steam room, fitness center and game room.

The kitchen has a Wolf six-burner gas range with convection oven, a Sub-Zero fridge, quartz counters and an island with bar seating for three, and the dining table seats eight. Step out to the covered deck for outdoor dining and the BBQ. Downstairs, the family room has a Smart TV, an Xbox and games, and opens to the patio and private hot tub.

The lower-level ski room has a bench, cubbies, a boot warmer and a ski rack just outside, so you can ski in and out from the patio. The Apex clubhouse, for owners and guests only, has a heated pool, hot tub, outdoor fire pit, fitness center, steam room, sauna and game room.

Ski in and out at Canyons Village, part of Park City Mountain. Walk or ski to the village base for restaurants, shops, groceries and seasonal concerts. The free Canyons Village Connect shuttle runs in winter, and Historic Main Street and Deer Valley are an easy drive.

We had a great stay-family of 8 now with our three young adult children and their partners. Everyone had a comfortable room and their own private space. Common areas were perfect for us-living room, dining room and, given the warm temps, we were able to take advantage of the outdoor dining area! Unfortunately, due to lack of snow this season, didn’t get to experience the ski in-ski out feature which initially drew us to this property-next time! We did cook dinners some nights-stove was wonderful-only critique, no baking/cooking sheets. Plenty of pans for stove top but nothing for items to be baked in the oven. We purchased a cookie sheet and left for others. Lastly-we really took advantage of the gym, pool and hot tub in the common area-really nice to have, especially given the less than ideal ski conditions-never have we sat in the sun by the pool on a ski vacation! Thanks for a truly memorable and enjoyable stay!

The house is beautiful with plenty of space for family of 7 to spread out. Well stocked kitchen!The negatives included 1) lack of directions as to which garage to choose fo parking, so we drove up / down the wrong garage then couldn’t get out; 2) we were a known late arrival but the codes emailed to us did not permit access to the home OR the lockbox key station. Fortunately someone answered the emergency line at 1am and provided a new code to get indoors! We never actually did get the right codes (no one called in AM as promised). 3) NO SNOW at Canyons during our visit, so this condo complex does not function as “ski in /ski out” as advertised. The trail was also roped off to the Apex Residences due to no snowfall. Long walk up/down the mountain road with equipment to/from the gondola! Hopefully Mother Nature offers snow soon for anyone coming in late February!

We had a pleasant stay overall—the property was clean, comfortable, and matched the listing. However, the check‑in and check‑out times were a real frustration. Hotels typically offer a 3 PM check‑in and a 12 PM check‑out, but this VRBO requires a 4 PM check‑in and a 10 AM check‑out. They're happy to take your money if you want to check in or check out at a reasonable time, however.Great property, but the rigid timing policy would make me think twice before booking again.
