About this cottage rental
In the old Palefrenier house, renovated in 2017, Lucie is a semi-detached 35m² gite for two people. The contemporary and neat decoration will bring you comfort and serenity. The Lucie gîte is fully equipped. It consists of a living room with a kitchen, with fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher, armchairs and a flat screen TV. Upstairs is the attic bedroom. The charm of its old beams and the cozy decoration make it a cozy nest. The accessible bathroom in the bedroom is equipped with a walk-in shower and a sink, cement tile floor. The toilets are separate.
Free private parking is available on the Clos Poulain property.
In fine weather, you can enjoy a private wooden terrace of 30m², isolated from view. A veritable additional room, the terrace is equipped with furniture for meals and a nap.
Gîte Lucie is located in the quiet of the countryside, 5 minutes from Bayeux and 20 minutes from Caen. Ideally located for your numerous visits to the region. The landing beaches are only a few kilometers away.
