About this villa rental
Heaven is a stunning, fully renovated villa that seamlessly fuses classic architecture with upscale modern design. Located on the enchanted hill of Fern Cliff near the San San enclave of Port Antonio, Portland, Heaven is the ideal retreat for couples, families or friends in what many have called Jamaica’s most beautiful parish.
The well-proportioned Venetian-accented living room features unique furnishings and amenities, including a generous dining table and sofa for optimum relaxation and enjoyment. There is also a fully equipped entertainment centre with a Satellite 55-inch LED Smart TV and WiFi. The property features two kitchens, as well as a BBQ grill where our chefs are happy to prepare Jamaican, European and Continental cuisine, as well as special menus upon request, at an additional charge. Beautifully appointed French doors lead from the living room to a 1,500-square-foot furnished al fresco veranda. It’s the perfect place for guests to relax, read, nap, converse over drinks or simply enjoy the mesmerising views. Just a few steps below is a luxurious stone terrace featuring a private swimming pool, a bar, and panoramic views of the captivating azure sea set against the vibrant green of the natural landscape.
Heaven includes experienced in-house housekeeping staff and security who are happy to accommodate and anticipate all of your needs.
ACCOMMODATION
There are a total of 7 generously appointed bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom, air conditioning, and WiFi. Enjoy stunning views of the lush scenery from balconies and large windows.
Upper Level
Bedroom 1 - Master
This deluxe oasis features a king-sized bed, daybed, and comfortable studio-type living area with a Satellite LED Smart TV. There is also a private balcony with outdoor access offering incredible views of the Caribbean Sea. The room includes a mini fridge, large walk-in closet and the en-suite bathroom features double-basin vanities, French stonecut walls, a Jacuzzi and a separate shower.
Lower Level
Bedroom 2 - Junior
This cozy retreat comes with a king-sized bed, walk-in closet, mini fridge and Satellite LED Smart TV. The en-suite bathroom has a shower and all of the necessary amenities for a very comfortable stay.
Bedroom 3 - Kids
The perfect place for children to enjoy their time; this room can be arranged with twin beds or a queen-sized bed upon request. There is a Satellite LED Smart TV, mini fridge, closet and en-suite bathroom with a shower.
Bedroom 4 5 6 and 7
This pied-à-terre is ideal for couples or friends wanting to decompress and indulge in the good life. There are two bedrooms, a king-sized bed, closet, Satellite LED Smart TV and an en-suite bathroom with shower.

The villa itself is very nice and comfortable. Felt like a home away from home. The views are spectacular! The property manager Marjorie was such a pleasure, she made us feel so welcome and at home. She saw to our every need. Brenda our chef was good, anything we wanted she served and even accommodated special diets. We will definitely go to Heaven Villa again!

Marjorie, Sean and Omar were the best bit about our stay. Marjorie could answer all our questions, came shopping with us and even produced a birthday cake for us. Sean is a wonderful chef and also came shopping and cooked us a brilliant selection of Jamaican dishes including curried goat. Omar was a brilliant night watchman and made us feel very safe. The house was fantastic with magnificent views over Port Antonio. It suited our family perfectly. The pool was amazing and in constant use.Unfortunately the main Wi-Fi was down but reconnected after a couple of days. The TV and sound system was not available for our stay. Jacuzzi in the master bedroom didn’t work either. Transport was said to be available but wasn’t. It is essential that guests have transport as it is not easy to get around otherwise. We had a wonderful time exploring a beautiful part of Jamaica!

My Bachelor party. Nine mates. Seven nights. Such a great experience, and one we will now be repeating ehre each year. Staff were amazing, views, facilities, requests, hospitality were the best and the local area is teeming with adventure. Reccommend

Positives: fantastic view and very good in-house staff members (that includes service &delicious meals).Negatives:1. Owner (Barbara) lied about the condition of the house after hurricane stating they were NOT affected and have power. Power was restored the day of our arrival. She risked our wellbeing for personal gain.2. AC in master bedroom wasn't working and it was simply impossible to stay in this room. We slept there, sweating but couldn't enter it during the day. Barbra lied to house staff that she reached out to me about that and it's ok. 3. Various things included in your listing are simply not there: mini-fridges in every room? None. BBQ? No. Hot tubs? No. You have regular tub in a bathroom and broken whirlpool tub in master bedroom and she called it "hot tubs". Gross misrepresentation.4. Extreme amount of broken equipment. As mentioned, tub was there but had no plugs to use it. Safe was there but broken. Out of all hair dryers only one (in master bedroom) worked. TVs in each room? only in few and NONE worked.5. No swimming after dark because pool lights went out and no one knew how to change it for the entire stay.6. First room from left site on the ground floor is so molded that is hard to breath. We had to vacate it, 7. Add says "car available" - no such thing!8. Laundry available - not for guests!9. Roaches & ants. 10. Road to the house is steep, super narrow, unpaved, unmaintained, and if you drive small rental vehicle, you may not make it to the top.
