The communication with the management company was poor, but the resort contacted the owner and it was resolved quickly and seamlessly.

The condo complex was beautiful and very well kept. Staff were very friendly and easily accessible to answer any questions. We went over spring break and had some cooler days so the indoor arcade and movie room were a huge hit with our kids (ages 10 and 13). The condo was very clean and provide plenty of space for our party of five. It is well stocked with just about everything you would need including beach gear (cooler, chairs, boogie boards, and sand toys). Pool towels are also including. Definitely, a great stay for a week to unplug and recharge!

Terrific view and location with walking path access to the beach. Wonderful pool, lazy river, fitness center, and other amenities. The condo had everything we needed, and we especially loved the outdoor patio with comfy furniture. Amazing coffeehouse within a short walk. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. Loved our time in Galveston, and this spot was perfect.

The place is smaller than the pictures make it seem. Communication was terrible. Still never received a response. Forgot a couple items and the owner still hasn’t responded to that message either. It is what it is. Overall a 3/5. Overall property is ok. Upkeep could have been better. Big pool was full of feathers and seagulls.
