The condo facility is a true jewel. I will stay here again, though the furnishings and bedding in this unit were not in line with the price. (Bed was comfortable, but the sheets were too small for a king size bed.)
The amenities are fabulous. Beautiful pool and lazy river, great views and well-maintained facilities. The condo staff members are all helpful and friendly.
The rental company was communicative until we had a problem with a toilet leaking, leaving it unusable. Messages sent via Vrbo app, direct calls and texts to rental company Ryson were all unanswered, leaving six people in the condo with only one working restroom for our last night/day.
Two days post-rental still with no response.
I will avoid Ryson rentals in the future.

We have stayed at Diamond Beach many times. This was our first time in this unit. Diamond Beach is beautiful and the amenities cannot be beat. This particular unit was ok but needs a little TLC. The hot water has issues and you never know if you are going to get a cold shower or a hot shower. The washing machine has mildew and a smell. We were supposed to be able to check in at 4:00 (which is later than most units we’ve stayed in). We were told there was no early check ins and that the management company would text us as soon as it was ready. It was explained they have a 2 step process of the cleaning personnel coming in and a quality control person coming after to check the unit for perfection. Not the case, we walked into the cleaning lady still there after 4:00 and had to wait in the hallway for 30 minutes for her to finish. The “quality control” person never showed up to check the work.
All in all Diamond Beach is fabulous but for the price of this unit I was expecting a little more.
