Please be advised: Balcony access for this unit/stack (Phase 6) will be restricted from approximately January 2027, to March 2027, during work hours (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM). These dates are subject to change due to weather conditions or unforeseen delays.

-The exact work dates for this stack will be confirmed closer to the scheduled timeframe.
-The actual impact to this unit is expected to last approximately 1–3 weeks within that window.
-Dates may change due to weather or unforeseen delays. Noise disturbances may occur during the project.

CHECK-IN IS 3:30PM — CHECK-OUT IS 10:30AM
Since another guest may check out the same day you arrive, to guarantee an early Check-In, reserve the condo for the night prior to arrival.

Very nice hotel/resort. I've pool area with food and beverage service. Our room was as described with nice open floor plan and kitchen and living room space. My only suggestion is to update photos as the room was older than it appears on the photos presented but other than that a great place to stay for families

This property was just okay. While it photographs well, the reality is somewhat underwhelming. The condo appeared clean at first glance, but closer inspection revealed multiple stains in the showers. Many of the coffee and dining tables were warped and covered in water stains. The balconies were a nice feature, but some of the sliding doors didn’t lock, which was a safety concern with my 2- and 3-year-old. The building itself was in need of repairs—though it seemed some were underway, as the sound of hammering and construction filled the room throughout the day. Additionally, the laundry rooms were out of service for part of our stay. Overall, it was an adequate place to sleep, but nothing more.
