Quiet Downtown Location!!!

If you want to be right by all the local attractions but also want a little peace and quiet from the downtown noise, (and downtown can get pretty loud) this is your place! We are in Sylvan Park, a lovely historic downtown neighborhood with lots of trees, old homes and AMAZING local restaurants within walking distance including the famous Hattie B's Chicken, Slow and Low BBQ Bistro, Park Cafe, Star Bagel, Cafe Nonna Italian, Cafe Coco Italian, Miel Restaurant, Dose Coffee, Headquarters Coffee, Woodlands Vegetarian Indian, Chateau French Cuisine, Grand Cru Wines, Bro's Cajun Cuisine, Flip Burger, Avo (new raw Vegan!) the historic Wendell's Meat and 3, Bobby's Dairy Dip, Local Taco, Neighbors Pub, McCabe's Pub, M.L. We also have a 3.8 mile paved Greenway that runs along the beautiful Richland Creek and McCabe Golf Course. The Greenway is a loop that connects our neighborhood with all the restaurants and shopping on Whitebridge Avenue. There are bike rental stations all around Nashville and one located just a few blocks from our house so you can pick up a bike and ride the Greenway or ride downtown, your choice!
We are just 8-10 minutes (4 miles) from Lower Broadway Ave honky Tonks, where you can visit the Hall Of Fame Museum, Hard Rock Cafe, Tootsie's Orchid Lounge, the historic Ryman Auditorium, the Johnny Cash Museum, The Goo Goo's factory/store, Jacks Famous BBQ, The Titans Stadium and tons of other downtown attractions.
Sylvan Park is very quiet and residential. It's very walkable and a great break from the traffic and commotion of the tourist district.
